We’re hiring an Executive Operations & Growth Manager to support a rapidly scaling defense technology company that builds distributed ocean sensing platforms. This role sits at the center of leadership, operations, and go-to-market. You will ensure priorities move, decisions turn into action, and nothing stalls as we scale.
You will work directly with executive leadership to drive alignment, manage key initiatives, and support external engagement across partners and customers. Looking for someone highly organized, strong on follow-through, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment and takes pride in making things happen.
What You Will Do
Drive execution across leadership priorities and key initiatives
Ensure follow-through on decisions, meetings, and action items
Coordinate internal operations and improve systems and workflows
Support go-to-market efforts, including partner and customer engagement
Act as a central point of coordination across teams to keep work moving
What We Are Looking For
Highly organized with exceptional follow-through
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with start up, tech or government contracts a plus
Proactive, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities
Experience supporting executives, operations, or growth teams
Comfortable using modern tools (Google Workspace, CRM systems, project tracking tools) and able to quickly learn new systems
